Our Owner and Sr. Broker Kyle Booker is a staple in the Long Island community, both born and raised with deep roots in both Nassau and Suffolk counties. Kyle has been in the Real Estate industry for 20 plus years first starting our as a jr. loan officer at a small bank in 2001 and working his way up to manager of a 65 person team in 24 months. In 2007 Kyle earned his real estate license and started the long journey of acquiring enough credits and “skin in the game” to earn his brokers license and start his own firm. With the business started he felt it essential to grow through education so he started “corner classes” in an empty lot on straight path in Wyandanch New York as a way to reach people while they moved around the community. With a goal to reach as many people as possible Kyle has expanded his brokerage to include Georgia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut motivating each person he comes in contact with to not only own their own home but leverage it as the investment it is!
